The majority of all homes sold are sold using a REALTOR®. As a top Pittsburgh real estate professional, it is my job to guide you and help you negotiate with all of those buyers who want something for nothing. Remember: When a home is listed For Sale By Owner or FSBO as it's known, buyers want to offer you as close to nothing as possible! While that "For Sale By Owner" sign might sound like a good idea to you, the seller, it usually means something different to buyers: "Deep Discount."
